Fresno Service Coordinator

SUMMARY:

The Service Coordinator (SC) works in support of the Service Manager. This position provides support to the Service Technicians, the Service Department; Compressor Rebuild Department (California), Construction Department, retail sales as well as the customer. Hourly pay range of between $22 - $28 and hour

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Essential functions/responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Productivity, and Quality

  • Maintain the day-to-day schedule for the Service Technicians assigned to your
  • Field service calls from customers—ensure that they are responded to
  • Prepare quotations and estimates for
  • Strategically target non-APCCO customers and use the marketing tools available within the department to increase APCCO’s presence in the assigned areas.
  • Coordinate and schedule service technicians for construction job start-ups. Work with the Project Manager to provide the start-up technician with the proper information needed for start-up.
  • File work order invoices and other work order related
  • Maintain and update department reports (payroll, job costing, and construction start up status) as assigned.

Customer Contact

  • Assist with customer questions and problems as
  • Develop partnerships with customers by setting and keeping achievable commitment dates, understanding customers’ product, requirements, and style of Make our customers’ vision/mission/goals, ours as well.

Personal

Parts Sales Coordinator

SUMMARY:

The Parts Sales Coordinator works in support of the Parts Sales Manager and the Parts Division Manager ensuring parts orders are processed and received by customers.

PAY RANGE: 

$26 - $30 per hour

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Essential functions/responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Productivity and Quality

  • Quote, sell, prepare purchase orders and package parts for shipping
  • Pull parts from inventory
  • Receive inventory in the system
  • Maintain parts inventory by ordering as needed and maintain in QuickBooks
  • Oversee Glycol/Oil
  • Assist in quoting Glycol/Oil to customers
  • Order Glycol/Oil
  • Maintain all paperwork and customer files in a neat and orderly manner

Customer Contact

  • Assist customers in placing orders, check on order and billing issues
  • Follow-up on “orders with issues” until they are resolved (credits/returns, etc.)
  • Make decisions based on customer needs, desires and expectations and on APCCO standards
  • Provide free-flowing information and cooperation between customer and APCCO project management and parts team
  • Work with project teams to find best approaches to handle customer requests
  • Consider the importance of internal/external customer relationships when planning/conducting work and plays a vital role in open communication with customers and suppliers

Service Technician - Salem, Oregon

SUMMARY:
Support client base by performing troubleshooting, repairs, maintenance on all types of industrial 
refrigeration equipment and systems.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

inspections, LOTO log, startup paperwork.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This job will be primarily at customers locations, where the environment will be open, loud and 
have various pieces of equipment and in use, along with the exposure to a variety of sights and 
smells, including a variety of processing chemicals.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
•  Knowledge of industrial refrigeration systems commonly used in the cold storage/food and 
beverage processing industries.
•  Specific first-hand knowledge and experience in troubleshooting and repairing industrial 
refrigeration equipment, valves, controls, etc. Experience performing system and equipment pump 
downs, and evacuations.
•  Knowledge and experience performing system calibrations and start-ups, including compressor 
alignment skills.
•  Experience with safe handling of ammonia refrigeration systems and safe practices for anhydrous 
ammonia. Basic safety knowledge regarding OSHA regulations, PPE, LOTO, and Line Break.
•  Ability to pass a Fit Test and wear a full-face respirator.
•  Knowledgeable in reading blueprints, plans and specifications.
•  Travel is required for meeting with clients to perform troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance 
on their equipment.
•  Ability to participate effectively in a team atmosphere by modeling and promoting conflict 
resolution, diversity, ethical practices and organizational citizenship
